Ever since I became a food blogger addict, I’ve had my eye on a fabulous little product, with an equally fabulous (but not in a good way) price.  But thanks to a good deal on ebay and a very generous Easter gift from momma, I’m now the proud new owner of a Le Creuset dutch oven.

And even though the season of yummy soups, stews, and chilis is almost over, I shall not be deterred.  I’ll scrounge up springy recipes that will be worthy of my new little pot.  Maybe a light and fun tomato sauce.  Or a cornish hen – I’ve never made one of those.  Then there’s all sorts of veggies to roast.  I’ll post pictures of the first successful meal – hopefully sometime next week.
